Information we collect

We collect your phone number for authentication. We collect transaction data to maintain your care fund balance. We do not collect health information or details about how you spend your care funds.

How we use your information

We use your phone number to send one-time login codes for account access. We use transaction data to maintain your fund balance and send gift notifications. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

What donors can see

Donors can see that their gift was received and is being used for care. They cannot see what you spend it on, where you spend it, or any details about your mental health care. Your privacy is total.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your care fund is powered by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Authentication is handled by Supabase with encrypted phone OTP.

SMS communications

ThrivePot uses SMS to send one-time login codes for account access. By providing your phone number you consent to receive these authentication messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
